Niners Sign DE Clelin Ferrel

Initial Thoughts

Kris Kocurek is a magician when it comes to coaching up defensive linemen. Clelin was a #5 overall pick to the Raiders who’s under performed - a lot like Arden Key before him. I personally love this signing. I’ll be interested to find out what the $$ is but regardless Clelin is a talent and on this defensive line could find his potential in the league.

What’s the Fallout?

Nothng. This is a no-brainer signing as long as the money makes sense.

Conclusion

The 49ers continue to build up their DLine. My only question is are we going to address the offensive line anytime soon?
