Niners Sign DL Javon Hargrave

Initial Thoughts

We already have a good defensive line and this makes us so much better. Javon Hargrave is a very, very good football player. He gets sacks from the interior line at a better clip than most defensive tackles in the league. I believe he had 11 sacks last year and with Bosa and Armstead I don’t see that number going down.

What’s the Fall Out

The only thing I am wondering is what we’re going to do with Kinlaw. We didn’t pick up his 5th year option and by all accounts he’s been a dissapointment but I’m not sure we should get rid of him yet. We’ll see what John and Kyle do here. Would that mean kicking Armstead outside assuming all are healthy? I don’t know but I’m here for it.
